What's the time commitment?
During the design phase (months 1-6), we ask for 2-4 hours per month for feedback sessions and product discussions. After that, there's no required time commitment—just use the platform with your clients.
Do I need technical expertise?
No! We need recruitment expertise, not technical knowledge. You'll provide insights on workflows, features, and what your clients need. Our team handles all the technical implementation.
How many design partners are you accepting?
We're limiting the program to 10-15 agencies to ensure quality collaboration and meaningful input from each partner.
What happens after 18 months?
You'll transition to our permanent agency partner pricing (30-40% below standard rates). You'll also continue receiving priority support and early access to new features.
Can I refer direct enterprise clients?
Yes! You'll earn 40% of all revenue from any direct enterprise client you refer, for the lifetime of their subscription. No limits on referrals.
What if my agency is too small?
Size matters less than ambition. If you're handling 10+ mandates monthly and want to scale using technology, you're a great fit regardless of team size.
